• Walk-through (course open): 4:00 pm
• Coaches meeting: 4:45pm
• Boys (HS and Middle School combined) start time: 5:00 pm
• Girls (HS and Middle School combined) start time: 5:45 pm (ish)
• Awards: Recognition of top 10 in each race/division to follow girls finish

Parking

Please unload buses in the parking lot adjacent to the gymnasium/tennis courts (intersection of Christopher Ln and Canterbury Rd). Runners and coaches can enter the field by the main gate, located nearby. Buses should then be moved to the parking lot designated on the map (Broad Street). Parents and other spectators may park in the lot adjacent to the gymnasium or along Christopher Ln.

Team stations

Teams may set up in the field overlooking the stadium area, in the spot designated on the map as Team Stations. Be sure not to block the marked course, which runs through sections of that area. Teams should not be on the track or football field until called down to start.

Divisions

For this event, the Middle School and High School divisions will be combined into two races (Boys' 5k and Girls' 5k).  When registering, be sure to choose the correct division (Middle School or High School) so that the results can be filtered appropriately.  However, please know that all runners will run the same course and the same distance.

Course (see bottom of page for course map)

The course is a full, single loop 5K course, mostly grass with small cross-overs on asphalt and/or sidewalk. The climb is varied, with areas of flat, steady climb, and aggressive climb. There are markers at the 1, 2, and 3 mile positions. The course is spectator friendly, and good areas for spectators are marked on the map. One of the best vantage positions will be high in the stadium, as it will give an extended view of much of the course.

Restrooms

Mens and Womens facilities will be open and are located adjacent to the stadium on each side of the brick concession building.  The race course runs between the stadium and this building, so take care not to interfere with the runners as they are on the course.
