Meet Information
This site is for registration and results for a meet at the Fort Defiance Mt. Airy Cross Country Course on October 13. Participating teams are Fort Defiance, Waynesboro, and Buffalo Gap.
Girls Varsity Race, 5:00 p.m. (grades 9-12)
Boys Varsity Race, 5:45 p.m. approx. (grades 9-12)
Directions to Mt. Airy (FDHS home course)
From the North: Take I-81 South to Exit 227 (Verona). Merge right onto Laurel Hill
Rd. Travel approx. 8/10 mile and turn left onto Lee Hwy/US-11 South. Travel
approx.. 1.4 miles and turn left onto Technology Drive Follow Technology Drive
for approx.. 1/4 mile. Parking will be on the left at the Augusta Fire and Rescue
Training Center.
From the West:
Come around Staunton on VA-262/Woodrow Wilson Pkwy. At light, turn left on US-11 North. Travel approx. .5 miles and turn right at next stoplight onto Technology Drive. Follow Technology Drive for approx. 1/4 mile. Parking will be on the left at the Augusta Fire and Rescue Training Center.
From the South: Take I-81North to Exit 225 (Woodrow Wilson Pkwy), turn left onto VA-262/Woodrow Wilson
Pkwy. Travel approx.. 1.5 miles, turn right onto US-11 North. Travel approx..
.5 miles and turn right at stoplight onto Technology Drive. Follow Technology
Drive for approx.. 1/4 mile. Parking will be on the left at the Augusta Fire and
Rescue Training Center.
