All teams limited to 4 entries per individual event and two entries per relay - this will make it so we only have two heats of any sprint event. and we can run the 3200 boys and girls in one heat. That alone will make it move much quicker. In order to give some additional time for kids, we will add DMR and SMR to the schedule:

2:00 - Shot Put (Girls & boys combined)

2:55: DMR (1200-400-800-1600) boys & girls combined
3:10: 800 SMR (100-100-200-400) boys and girls combined
3:15: 1000m Run (girls followed by boys)
3:30: 1600m SMR (200-200-400-800) boys and girls combined
3:35: 300m Run (girls followed by boys)
3:45: 1600m Run (girls followed by boys)
4:00: 4x200m Relay (girls & boys combined)
4:10: Senior Recognition
