2022 Region 3D Indoor T&F Championships Hosted by Abingdon High School:
All athletes must hit the 3D Region standard to enter more than 3 in any event. Standards have been sent to ADs. If you enter more than 3 and they don't all hit the standard, all entries except for the top 3 will be deleted.
Time: Facility Open for Warm-up 8am (Spectator entry at the gate for 8.00)
Coaches Meeting: 8:30am
Track Closes for Warmup at 9:00am
Entries: Entries will be through Milestat - Only 2021/22 indoor season marks will be accepted. If the performances are not verified, they will be removed and entered accordingly.
Event Schedule: Field Events begin at 9am- **3 attempts; top 9 to finals**
**All marks will be measured-NO MINIMUMS**
