National District Last Chance Meet

Who: National District teams
Entries: 3 relays per team in each event, 8 individuals per team in each event. Entries due: Friday, January 21 by noon. All entries must be completed on the Milesplit network,www.milestat.com.
Entry Fee: $100 per school for two genders with field event coverage (2 adults and two non-competing athletes). $400 if not helping with field events. Please make checks payable to Edison High School Att. Track Team. Please bring the check to meet.
Scratches: We will attempt to accommodate substitutions with athletes already in the meet on the day of the meet.
Field events:Opening heights: BHJ: 5'0"; GHJ: 4'0"Flight order will be High seed to low seed. Three attempts no finals in the LJ, TJ, and SPPole Vault: Girls Open Height 6, 7,7-6 six inches thereafterBoys Open Height 8, 9, 9-6 six inches thereafterTrack events: Section order will be the fastest seeded sections first.
Results: Results will be live on Milestat.com.
Concessions: A variety of hot and cold concessions will be sold throughout the meet.

Track Events
Rolling Time Schedule, Girls race first in each event followed by Boys. Blocks for top three sections in 55D and 300. Waterfall start for 500m dashes. Alleys for 1600 and 3200 runs
