Each school will be limited to 3 athletes in each individual event and 1 relay team. Schools will be allowed to enter additional athletes in individual events for $10 per event. To have these additional athletes added, please e-mail athlete names and times/marks to Hannah Altizer at firstname.lastname@example.org or Zane Moran at email@example.com. VHSL rules regarding event limitations will apply.
Entry Deadline: Entry must be submitted on MileStat by April 18th, 2022 (Monday) at 6:00 pm. No substitutions are allowed in individual events, but can in relays. Entry Fee: $175.00 per school. For schools bringing just a few individuals, it will be $10 an athlete. 7 or more athletes are considered a team. Make checks payable to Floyd County High School.
Awards: Team trophies will be presented to the boys and girls winner and runner-up. Medals will be presented to the top six places in each individual event and top three teams in relay events. We will give a plaque for both male and female for the outstanding performer in field and running events.
Scoring: Individual events and relays (10-8-6-4-2-1).
Timing: FAT and Hy-Tek Meet Manager
Field Events: Each participant will be given 3 jumps or throws. NO FINALS. We will measure all marks. Starting height for girls' high jump will be 4 feet and boys' high jump will be 5 feet.
Facilities: 6 lane rubberized track, all jumps facilities are rubberized.
Scratches: Known scratches for all running events must be received by April 20th (Wednesday) at 11:00 P.M. Scratches can be e-mailed to Hannah Altizer at firstname.lastname@example.org or Zane Moran at email@example.com. Field event scratches can be made at the coaches meeting the day of the meet.
T-Shirts will be available. Cash or check only: $20/shirt for Small-XL; $23/shirt for 2XL-3XL
Concessions: Concession stand will be available. (Cash Only) Admission: $5.00 per person.
