DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, THIS MEET IS RESTRICTED TO 10TH GRADE ATHLETES AND BELOW FROM THE FOLLOWING SCHOOLS:

Registration deadline is Thursday February 10th at 9 pm. We will accept substitutions on the day of the meet until the event begins.
COACHES: DO NOT ENTER THE SAME ATHLETES IN THE SAME EVENTS FOR THIS MEET, THE PREP LEAGUE, OR THE VISAA INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS. THIS IS NOT A TUNE UP MEET FOR YOUR VARSITY. Please understand that this a meet for your Junior Varsity athletes (10th grade and below). If you think an athlete is good enough to participate in the PREP LEAGUE MEET or VISAA Championships then they should not be in this meet.

ALL RUNNING EVENTS WILL GO GIRLS THEN BOYS
4:30 - 55M DASH (SECTIONS ON TIME)
4:45 -55M HIGH HURDLES FINALS (SECTIONS ON TIME)
5:00 - 4 X 800M RELAY
5:30 - 4 X 200M RELAY (SECTIONS ON TIME)
5:45 - 500M RUN (SECTIONS ON TIME)
6:00 - 1000M RUN (SECTIONS ON TIME)
6:15 - 300M DASH (SECTIONS ON TIME)
6:30- 1600M RUN (SECTIONS ON TIME)
7:00 - 4 x 400M RELAY
This schedule is tentative. If possible, we will try to get ahead of schedule and finish the meet early. If one event finishes early all proceeding events will be brought forward and run earlier.
If there are weather problems, this meet will not be rescheduled.
There will be a limit of 4 athletes per team per event with only the top 3 finishers (per school) being allowed to score. You may enter 2 relay teams with only the A team eligible to score. Scoring will be according to the number of teams involved.
In order to ensure fair and proper seeding, please try to enter accurate times/marks for your athletes. Athletes may compete in up to three running events (including relays) and an unlimited number of field events. Please bring athletes who have been participating only in track this season.
St. Christopher's has a 200m encapsulated rubber track and your athletes may wear spikes. Spikes must be no longer than 1/4.
Please try to make sure that all athletes are wearing team uniforms or something close; it makes life easier for the timers and judges.
THERE WILL BE DESIGNATED AREAS FOR ALL TEAMS. IMMEDIATE FAMILY OF PARTICIPANTS ARE WELCOME TO COME TO THE MEET BUT MUST REMAIN IN THE AREAS ALONG THE FINISHING STRAIGHTAWAY AND MASKED THROUGHOUT THE MEET.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE INFIELD REMAINS CLEAR.
