Entry Fee:

• $100.00 per school.
• If less than 4 athletes on a girl's team or a boy's team then $15.00 per individual athlete. 4 athletes are considered a team.

Entries: 3 athletes per individual event, 1 relay team per relay event.

Parking:

• Parking lot closest to the track will be for BUSES TO UNLOAD/LOAD teams.
• CARS park along the street and in the upper parking lots.
• BUSES park up top in the lane beside the school.  

• 3:30 - Packet pick up, weigh-in of implements
• 3:45 - Coaches meeting
• 4:00 - Field Events starting: Boys shot put, girls discus, girls high jump, boys long jump, and girls long jump  
• Followed by Girls shot put, boys discus, boys high jump, boys triple jump, and girls triple jump.
• 5:30- 4x800, rolling schedule for events- make sure your athletes are aware.

• Please make checks payable to Virginia High School and write Bearcat Invitational on the memo line of the check.
• You can also bring your payment on the day of the meet.**
