Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School
17700 Dominican Drive, Dumfries, VA 22026
FACILITY:
8 lane, 400m track, 1/4" spikes allowed
Concessions and portable restrooms available
No tents/canopies on the big bleachers
Tents are permitted along the outside perimeter of the track
Athletes should avoid the inside of the track unless warming up/cooling down
Spectators, please remain outside fenced area

Boys and Girls HS (Division 1)
Boys and Girls MS (Division 2)
ENTRY FEE:
$100 (high school boys and girls combined)
$100 (middle school boys and girls combined)
$100 (middle and high school boys and girls combined for teams with less than 10 athletes)
Checks payable to: "Northern Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association" - bring on meet day
SUBMITTING ENTRIES:
Teams are allowed 4 individual entries per event per gender
Teams are allowed 2 relays ("A" and "B") per event per gender
Athletes are allowed 4 events total

To help ensure competitive heats, please do your best to enter seed times.

Each team is asked to provide at least 1 field event volunteer.

8:30 Discus and Shot Put weigh-ins begin
Discus Weight = 1k MS Girls, MS Boys, HS Girls and 1.6k HS Boys
Shot Put Weight = 4k MS Girls, MS Boys, HS Girls and 12lb HS Boys
9:00 - 11:00 HS Boys and HS Girls Shot Put
MS Boys and MS Girls Long Jump (4' taped line option available)
MS Boys and MS Girls Discus
HS Boys followed by MS Boys High Jump (Starting Height for HS Boys is 4'6" and for MS Boys is 3'10")
9:30 Coaches Meeting
9:45 First Call 4x800 Meter Relay
10:00 Running Events Begin on a Rolling Schedule
11:00 - 1:00 MS Boys and MS Girls Shot Put
11:00 - 2:00 HS Boys and HS Girls Long Jump (4' taped line option available)
HS Boys and HS Girls Discus
2:00 - 3:00 HS Boys and HS Girls Triple Jump (only high school athletes with previous training please)
After 400m HS Girls followed by MS Girls High Jump (Starting Height for HS Girls is 4'0" and for MS Girls is 3'8")
FIELD EVENTS:
3 attempts - no finals - open pit (except High Jump)
Field event officials will do their best to accommodate the athletes during open pit times, however, they may need to limit practice, run throughs, and step measurement due to the number of athletes at the event.
