Entries:3 athletes per individual event
1 relay per school, there are 4 relays: 4 X 800, 4X100, and 4X400 for men and women as well as
CO-ED Throwers 4 X 100 (Must have 2 women & 2 men in any order) Honor of Coach Krol to be run after the 300 hurdles
Participants in the Co-Ed Relay must participate in at least one throwing event.

Top Combined School Trophy presentation at midfield, Coaches may pick up medals in the press box
ALL EVENTS: Are contained within the perimeter of the Track Stadium.
Once running events begin ALL SPECTATORS will be asked to remain on the exterior of the track surface.
Athletic Trainer: The trainer will be on site.
**NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED ON MONDAY.**ONLY SCRATCHES. (See VHSL Guidelines for Participation Rules)
Sportsmanship, uniform, as well as electronic devices in the competition area, rules will be expected to be enforced. Please prepare your athletes.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the Top 6 athletes in each individual event. Medals will also be given to the top 3 relay teams. Trophy for top combined school score.
T-Shirts: Shirts will be made on site. Inform your athletes so they can buy theirs while supplies last.
Concessions: The concessions stand will be open throughout the evening and will serve a variety of food and drink items.
Spikes: Spikes will be permitted no more than 1/4 inch
First Aid: There will be a certified athletic trainer on site.
Limited Shade: Team Tents need to be up against the fence on the outside edges of the fence.
