MEET DAY INFO AND TIME SCHEDULE

MEET is at Dominion HS, 21326 Augusta Dr, Sterling, VA 20164
A few notes for your teams:
1. We will run long jump, triple jump, shot put, and discus as flights - 4 throws/jumps no finals
2. T-shirts will be for sale for $15 each, cash only
3. Concessions will be open - pizza, hotdogs, snacks, etc. Cash and credit accepted but cash preferred for speed of transaction

5. Parking is available in the front of the school or at Seneca Ridge Middle School next door. It's a very short walk to the stadium behind Dominion HS.
6. Coaches meeting at 10:30 and the meet starts at 11am...feel free to arrive as early as you would like and set up on the bleachers on either the home or away side. Just please leave the section closest to the finish line open for paying spectators.

Get your season started right for all of your athletes with an invitational with high entry limits and separate 9th grade races for 100, 400, and 1600! Later start time to take advantage of warmer temps!

AWARDS
Medals to top 3 in each event including Relays and 9th grade events. Team trophies to top teams (9th grade events not included in team scoring)

8 per individual event, 2 4x100 and 4x400 relays, 3 4x800 relays.
6 per 9th grade event
Hopefully that is enough to get all of your athletes into this meet but if you need extra entries, reach out and we will see what we can do

ENTRY FEES
$250 per school
$50 discount if you agree to run a field event. We will provide the volunteers if you can provide the coach or other responsible adult to run the event!
