Participation Limitations: Team participation is by invitation only to allow completion of the meet with the allowable track permit time frame. Teams may contact the meet director at running@fpycsports.com to check participation. 

Schedule: Coaches meeting at 10:00 a.m. near the finish line. Teams can access the track at 9:30 a.m. 

Running events will begin at 10:15 a.m. Meet ends at 5:00 p.m. or sooner. Meet is on a rolling schedule. 
All events are timed finals. Athletes will be called to check-in ahead of running events. 

Order of events:  Girls will run first, followed by boys, youngest age group first in each running event, progressing through the age groups. Athletes are allowed 3 running events and 3 field events.

Field Events: Long Jump, Shotput, Turbo-javelin. Athletes will be allowed 3 attempts at each field event. 

Long Jump: Warm-Ups 10:15 - 11 a.m. Competition 11:00 a.m. - 3 p.m. 

Shot Put:  Warm-ups 10:30 a.m. Competition  11 a.m.- 2 p.m.

Turbo-javelin: Warm-ups: 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Competition from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. 

Field Event Locations: Long Jump pit is located behind the goal post on the opposite end of the field from the scoreboard and finish line. Shotput pit is located outside the track area, scoreboard side of the field, outside the track fence perimeter, across the paved road, towards the baseball field, inside the fence, on the left. Turbo-javelin will be on the infield. Flags and tape will mark the area. 

Age Groups: 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18.  Age for competition corresponds to athlete age as of Dec. 31, 2022. 

Spikes: Athletes may wear pyramid 1/4 inch spikes or smaller. No Christmas tree spikes. 

Track Admission: There is no fee for spectator admission. Spectators/parents are NOT allowed on the track/infield. 

Concessions: No concessions are planned. Athletes should be prepared with enough water/snacks for themselves for their needs during the meet. 

Teams: Visiting teams must clean up after yourselves. Tents are allowed in the upper areas of the track. Any tents must be tied down to avoid blowing. 

Awards: Awards TBD. If we can get these done at the meet and ready to hand out, we will. If not, we will get these to teams. We will award medals to 1st-3rd places and ribbons to 4th-10th pace in each event and each gender.
