Meet Information

IMPORTANT NOTE: Start time of 6 PM!  PFHS will celebrate Senior Night before the meet begins.  

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

1. 4x800 M Relay 2. 100 M Hurdles 3. 100 M Dash4. 1600 M Run 5. 4x100 M Relay 6. 400 M Dash 7. 300 M Hurdles 8. 800 M Dash 9. 200 M Dash 10. 3200 M Run 11. 4x400 M Relay

We will be following the Potomac District handbook guidelines for entries:

A.        Triangular Meet:

1. 2 (100-200-400 meter and hurdles)

2. 4 (800-1600-3200)

3. 4 field events

4. Each school may enter additional runners in each lane race, designated as non-scorers, to fill one additional heat.  This may require one additional heat in lane races only, that will be run after the scoring heat.  The meet director will decide whether the additional lane heats will be timed.  Coaches must designate their scoring/non-scoring athletes when submitting entries.  No additional scoring relay entries, but lanes may be filled.

5. The 3200-meter relay will begin after the start of the field events.

6. Field events - NO TRIALS - only 4 jumps or 4 throws will be allowed (all final).
