I, and anyone I can convince to help me, will be putting on 3 summer meets at Norfolk Academy in memory of my Dad, Ken Lampert. For 45 years he volunteered as a track coach and meet director. A couple years ago we had talked about bringing open track meets back during the summer since there are so few of them.
The dates will be Tuesday 6/21, Thurday 7/14, and Thursday 7/21.
We will start the meets at 5:30pm
Entry fee will be $10 for a person's first event entry, and $5 for each additional entry. All net proceeds will be donated to Ken Lampert's foundations. One is at Norfolk Academy, the other is at Eggleston Services.
I prefer entries be made using milesplit. You do not need to subscribe to do this. Here is a video with instructions:

100M/Mile/4x100M/400/300H/2Mile
