Entries:

Please make entries on the Mile Stat website to help with operating an efficient meet. 

Limits are 4 entries per event per team and 1 relay team.  Individuals may put more individual athletes IF they have already regionally qualified in that event.  If more than 4 individuals are entered, all must have met regional qualifications.  

The Top 6 advance to Region.

Submitting Entries: All entries will be done through milestat.com. 

ALL ENTRIES ARE DUE BY MONDAY, May 16 by noon. Late entries will NOT be entered.

ADMISSION: There will be a $5 admission fee to all spectators.

Rubber Track for running and jumping events- spikes may be worn.

Field Events    Will start at 4:00.

** Pole Vault will be held at Auburn High School on Tuesday May 17th at 4pm.

COACHING ASSIGNMENTS:

Auburn: Shot, Pole Vault

Bland: High Jump

Fort Chiswell: Long/Triple

Galax: Long/Triple

George Wythe: Discus

Giles: Timing, Discus, High Jump

Grayson: Shot

NOTES:  Schools will be asked to help officiate field events.
All events will be timed finals and there will be no preliminaries. 
Scoring will be for the top 6 places, scored 10-8-6-4-2-1
Heats will be seeded and ran slowest to fastest.
Team camps will be set up in the bleachers on the home side (OPPOSITE OF PRESS BOX) of the stadium.
The Press Box side will be for spectators.
Warm up areas will be behind the team camp bleachers and athletes are only allowed on the football field after their event has been called.
Athletes and coaches can only enter the track at the gate near the team camp bleachers.
 
Region 1C Track and Field Championships - The Region 1C Track and Field Championships will be held at Giles High School on Wednesday, May 25. Entries will be done on milestat.
