Teams Arrive @ 4:00 Buses Park in the upper lot by Football Field

Coaches Meeting @ 4:15

Field Events: Start @ 4:30pm 

Jumps will be 3 jumps plus 3 more in the Finals for the top 7 Girls Long Jump followed by Boys Long Jump 

Boys Shot Put followed by Girls Shot Put 

Girls Discus followed by Boys Discus  Boys High Jump followed by Girls High Jump

 After Long Jump Finals, Girls Triple Jump followed by Boys Triple Jump

Long Jump/Triple Jump (Halifax, George Washington)

Shot-Put- (Bassett)

Discus- (Tunstall)

High Jump (Magna Vista)

Relay Zones (PC, Martinsville, Tunstall)

Hurdles-(THS Volunteers)

Appeals: 3 coaches will be chosen during coaches meeting

Uniforms- Uniform rules will be followed Running Events: Starting @ 6:15 pm

Events will be on a Rolling Schedule Girls followed by Boys, all events are timed finals (Will run boys and girls together in the 3200m) All events will run from slow to fast

meeting prior to the first running event Each school will be expected to run off an event. (4:15)

Starter: Jason Short (USA T&F official) # Entries per Event Each school may enter up to 3 athletes per event. Each school may enter one relay per event Starting heights  High Jump: Girls 4'0" Boys 5'0" Field events Warm ups for the respective events will begin at 4:00 pm. Each participant will be given 3 jumps or throws. (Top 7 will be taken to the finals and given 3 more attempts) Trainer on Site for the Meet
