We are going to recognize our Seniors, if any of you all would like to recognize your seniors please let me know. You can send me the information or bring it to the meet.

4:15 PM - Coaches Meeting at Finish Line / First call for field events
4:30 PM - Last Call for Girls Disc, Boys Shot, Girls/Boys Long Jump, Girls/Boys High Jump (Open Pit)
5:30 - National Anthem and Honor Seniors
5:40 - Running Events (rolling schedule) Girls run first, then boys
Girls 4x800 Relay, Boys 4x800 Relay ****May be combined
Girls 100m Hurdles, Boys 110m Hurdles (3 lanes)

3200 (combined and if there are no crossover entries we may run 3200 with 4x800)

Track is asphalt, so no spikes will be worn during events with an exception for long and triple jumping on the rubber runway. If any schools could bring extra measuring sticks and measuring tapes, let us know!

Shot - Grayson and George Wythe
Disc - Giles and Galax
Long and Triple Jump - Fort Chiswell and Bland
High Jump - Auburn and Rural Retreat
Starting Races - George Wythe (bringing gun)
Finish Line - need 6 timers, one coach from each school
