Parking Map

This year's venue, the Sims Farm (1898 Harvest Lane, Forest, VA), will feature rolling hills through mowed fields, wooded trails, and a gravel pathway all with a beautiful view of the mountains. This will be a fast and viewer-friendly course.



(All races will start on time, even if there are runners still on the course.)

OPEN RACE*
9:15 5k Coaches, Open 5K Race for graduates, parents, brothers, sisters, coaches, managers, trainers, walkers, bus drivers AND Non-Competing High School XC Members:
$5 entry fee paper registration on day of the event at packet pickup for open race.



VARSITY RACES (7 member limit for each race)

10:00 5K Varsity Girls Race Championship

10:45 5K Boys Varsity Championship

JV RACES (Unlimited Entries/No Grade Level Restrictions)

11:30 5K J.V. Girls Race 



12:15 5K J.V. Boys 



MIDDLE SCHOOL RACES (Unlimited Entries)

One loop of approx. 4K

12:45: Middle School Girls Race

1:15: Middle School Boys Race 

Award Presentations on the podium immediately following the race.

Trophies to top 2 teams & Awards to Top 15 individuals in each race



Entry Fee & Roster Submission Deadline: October 2, 2022



We will use Blue Ridge Timing Timing this year.

Middle Schools: $100 per boys OR girls team OR $150 combined boys & girls



High Schools: $100 per varsity boy or girl team or JV boy or girl team or $250 Max. (this includes all H.S. JV & Varsity Boys & Girls)

This meet will close after receiving 30 full HS team payments.

Don't get shut out like several teams have in the past. Register and send checks early!
