8:30 AM Middle School Combined. 1.5 miles
9:00 AM Varsity Boys 5K
9:45 AM Varsity Girls 5K
10:30 JV Combined 5K
**JV may be combined with varsity depending on numbers.
11:00am Gathering of the Harriers open/alumni run
Entry fee:
$75 per combined high school (varsity/JV)
$35 per team.
$35 per middle school combined.
$5 for individual or unaffiliated (Individual runners not making up a scoring team, 5 or more)
Awards:
Top 3 Middle School boys and girls
Top 3 Junior Varsity boys and girls
Top 5 Varsity (each division boys and girls)
Team Awards:
Top 3 (Each Varsity Division boys and girls)

Course Information:
This year's course will stay with its historic form. We will be running the original course we are accustomed to. It will be a 5K in the varsity races. This course will be on asphalt, trails, creek crossings, and dirt surfaces. A map is provided. Coaches' packets can be picked up at the Gazebo. Meet rules are governed by VHSL and NFHS. The rules for legal uniforms are in your state's handbook of NFHS.
*Start/Finish line may be adjusted per Hungry Mother State Park
**Special attention has been made this year to assure runners are aware of each of the turns.

From Bristol, VA: I-81 North, Take exit 44 for US-11 toward Marion. Turn right onto US-11 N/Lee Hwy, Continue to follow US-11 N. Turn left onto N Main St . Turn left onto VA-16 N/Park Blvd. Follow the sign Walkers Run
From Roanoke, VA: 1-81 South, take exit 47 for US-11 toward Marian. Turn left onto US-11 S/Lee Hwy. Continue to follow US-11 S. Turn right onto VA-16 N/Park Blvd.
