Meet Information

Relay Polar Bear Meet hosted by Abingdon High School and sponsored by Empire Ford in Abingdon. The meet will have Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) by Trojan Timing. Entries close on 12/1/22. Coaches will be assigned an event they will run at the meet. This will be sent out the week of the meet. We hope this meet will be really fun!!

Meet will start at Noon with field events. Running events will start at 1pm with a rolling schedule. The traditional relay events and open events can be used for state qualifying purposes. Relay teams/individuals should be at the starting line by 2nd call. 

**The Cost of the Polar Bear Meet is 75.00 per school to Abingdon Indoor Track & Field**

Field Events: Start at Noon. If not complete by 1pm running events take precedent.

Girls HJ followed by Boys HJ **All athletes will complete HJ prior to LJ/TJ**

55m Hurdles (Girls Followed by Boys)
Co-Ed 4x50m Relay **Must have 2 girls and 2 boys**

Distance Medly Relay (1200, 400, 800, 1600)
Co-Ed Sprint Medly Relay (100,100,200,400) **Must have 2 girls and 2 boys**
1600m (Girls followed by Boys)
55m Dash (Girls followed by Boys)
Co-Ed Sweedish Relay (100,200,300,400) **Must have 2 girls and 2 boys**
4x200m Relay (Girls followed by Boys)
4x400m Relay (Girls followed by Boys)
