5K for High School Runners (9th to 12th grades, running up is
allowed)
2-mile for Middle School Runners (5th to 8th grades)
SCHEDULE:
First race starts at 4 PM; subsequent races start on rolling
schedule with approximate times below.
3:00 PM Open for check-in & walk-through
3:30 PM Coaches' meeting
4:00 PM MS Boys
4:30 PM MS Girls
5:00 PM HS Boys
5:30 PM HS Girls
6:00 PM Awards

TIMING & AWARDS: Chip timing. Trophies to first
place teams for HS Boys, HS Girls, MS Boys, and MS Girls. Medals to top 5 individuals.
FEES & PAYMENT:
10 athletes or less: $100, 11-15 athletes: $150, 16-20 athletes:
$200, 21-25 athletes: $250, greater than 25: $300.
