2023 Heritage Middle School & JV Invitational

Entry Fee:

• Middle School Squads (6th-8th grade): $100.00 dollars PER gender team or $175.00 dollars for BOTH genders; $20.00 per Athlete, $30 per Relay and $5.00 per extra relay team.
• JV (8th-10th grade): $150.00 dollars PER gender team or $250.00 dollars for BOTH genders; $25.00 per athlete, $40 per Relay, $10 per extra relay team.
• Please make checks out to Heritage High School.
• Spikes: Only 1/8 or 1/4 inch spikes are allowed.
• VHSL high school rules will apply.
• Entry Registration closes on 1-26-22 at 11:00PM.
• ELIGIBILITY: All athletes in Middle School, 9th and 10th grade are eligible to compete.
• AWARDS: Awards will be presented to the top 3 finishers in each event in both divisions.
• Doors will open at 7:30 AM. Implement weigh-in begins at 7:30 AM.
• Field Events- LJ/TJ/Shot will have 3 attempts no finals for Middle School, while JV will have 4 attempts with no finals. 
• Shot Put weights- MS Boys will throw a 4kg. shot while MS Girls will throw a 6lb. shot. JV Boys will throw a 12lb. shot and JV Girls will throw a 4kg. shot.

Girls PV then Boys PV (If entries remain low, will combine Girls & Boys)

Girls HJ then Boys HJ

Boys SP then Girls SP

Boys MS LJ, then Boys JV LJ, then Girls MS LJ, then Girls JV LJ

After LJ: Boys MS TJ, then Boys JV TJ, then Girls MS TJ, then Girls JV TJ

Running Events (Middle School followed by JV): 11:00 AM or later if Pole Vault is not completed
