Updated Performance list through 9/1 10pm
If you are having difficulty seeing the registration boxes on your phone, please try a laptop or desktop computer to register. Most will register as an unattached athlete (even if you are a PVTC member) as milestat is set up for one team manager or coach to enter/pay for athletes for HS/MS/Club meets. So register as unattached following the directions below. If you are a PVTC club member, you get one free entry after signing up for at least one event.
Send Craig an email at PVTCpresident@gmail.com with the event and seed time/mark for you extra event after you have signed up. You can pay through paypal or Zelle by sending payment to PVTCtreasurer@gmail.com
Late fee of $20 applies starting at 5pm on 8/29 so register soon! Furthermore, registration closes at 8pm on 9/2- so you cannot register on race day. Sorry, but we do not have the manpower to take entries race day and still keep the meet moving along.
Registration help:
Register for an account (pick an email and password)
Pick the free account
Pick athlete
Skip the profile info as you don't need that to register (then it dumps you to the main page)
Click on the meet
Then click register "unattached athlete"
Add athlete to account
Now you should be good to go
You can pay with a credit card right there through Paypal or pay by Venmo by sending payment to PVTCtreasurer@gmail.com or as a last resort and just pay race day, note if you do not cancel by 8/29 at 5pm we do expect you to pay the entry fee even if you do not show up. The late fee of $20 applies to entries after 5pm on 8/29 through the close of registration on 9/2 (8pm)
