ENTRY PROCEDURES
Entry deadline is 11:59 PM, October 21, 2022
Entries must be submitted through the Milestat.com meet entry system.
No race day entries (Varsity or Sub-Varsity).
Enter all eligible athletes in your team database on Milestat.com. The entry page will say Varsity. Enter all who may run in the meet under Varsity. The timing software will sort them out at the meet.
Athletes not entered in the meet will not be allowed to compete.
ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Varsity Races: Each school may run up to seven runners in the varsity races.
Sub-Varsity Race: Unlimited entries in the sub-varsity race.
Boys and Girls run together
Times are given for sub-varsity race but the race is not scored as a team.
MISCELLANEOUS
Athletes are required to wear their official school uniform.
Come dressed to compete as there are no changing facilities.
Pin bib numbers to the front of singlets.
Report to the starting line 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Athletes return finish cards to their coach as soon as their race is finished.
Use good sportsmanship at all times.
Stay within course markings at all times.
MEET PROCEDURES
Varsity Races
Maximum 7 runners per school
Each runner will receive an index card at the finish line.
Coaches collect these cards, write the athletes name, bib number, and school on the back of the card, complete the quick score envelope, and return it to the scorers table immediately following each race.
Sub-Varsity Race
Unlimited runners
No team scoring
Each runner will receive an index card at the finish line.

PARKING AND FEES
All spectators and teams MUST PARK INSIDE THE PARK in the designated parking area.
The admission fee for the park is $7.00 per vehicle (No charge for team buses).
Team buses will also park in the designated parking area
AWARDS
Varsity: Medals to the top 15 places in each race
Sub-Varsity: Medlas to top 3 boy and girl finishers
