Make check payable to Amherst County High School for $300 for both team and $175 per gender
We will only allow the top 30 2 milers
2 per event for each event
All Final format 4 jumps and throws Races fastest to slowest
top 3 will receive medals
We will begin this meet at 10:00 am with the field events and the running events at 11;00am thanks
extra athlete in an event can be added by email to lancervaulter@gmail.com for additional $20 per event
Spectators cost is $10
