Meet Directors: Ken Williams

Meet will be limited to 26 teams.

Entries: There are 14 individual events and 3 relays. You have a maximum of 35 individual entries for boys and 35 entries for girls. You can enter all events or load a specific event. (Example: if you are distance oriented you may want to enter 5 in the 800, leaving you with 30 entries for the remainder of the meet. An athlete entered in the LJ and TJ, counts as 2 entries.  You will also be able to enter 1 relay team per relay. You may add an additional relay for an additional $15.00 per relay team. Remember you only get 35 individual entries per gender.

Entry Fee: $250.00 per school or $150.00 per gender. $10 per individual per event. This is non-refundable even if the meet is cancelled due to the weather.

Track: Eight lane all weather surface (spikes only)

Awards: Medals to the top 3 per individual event and top 3 per relay. 

Hospitality Room: Coffee, water, pastries, etc will be provided for coaches.

Concessions:

Field Events: There will be a minimum standard for the long jump, triple jump, shot, and discus. Everyone will receive 4 attempts. No finals. We will measure the athletes first legal attempt, after that they much reach the minimum standard to receive a mark.*

Long Jump: Boys 18', Girls 14'

Starting Heights: High Jump: Boys 5'4", Girls 4'2"

Coach's assistance: We ask that each school provide one coach to help with the field events. They may continue to coach their athlete while helping with the event.
