We should be able to get into Heritage by 6:00 pm at the latest and aim to start field events and 4x800s by 6:30. Pole Vault Competition will start no later than 7:00. When pole vault ends, all teams need to help put the mats away as the rest of the running events get held up by the mats on the track.
Team Assignments: Prince Edward- High Jump/Triple Jump, Turner Ashby- Long Jump/Triple Jump, Appomattox- Shot Put/Triple Jump, LCA-Pole Vault/Clerking. All teams will help with zones for the 4x200 since it's more complicated at Heritage.
Long and Triple will be 4 jumps-no finals. Pit will be open for no more than 1 hour 15 min for each. Shot put- 4 attempts- no finals
Blue Ridge will be timing so all coaches can coach.
