Meet Information
We should be able to get into Heritage by 6:00 pm at the latest and aim to start field events and 4x800s by 6:30. Pole vault competition will start no later than 7:00 pm. When pole vault ends, all teams need to help put the mats away as running events are held up by the mats being on the track.
Team Assignments: Appomattox-Long Jump/Triple Jump, Amherst- Pole Vault/Triple Jump, LCA-Clerking/Pole Vault/Shot Put, Prince Edward- High Jump/Shot Put. All teams will help with exchange zones for the 4x200 since it's more complicated at Heritage.
Long and Triple will be 3 jumps-no finals since its a school night. Pit will be open for no more than 1 hour 15 min hour for each. Shot put- 3 attempts- no finals.
Blue Ridge will be timing so all coaches can coach.
