Meet Information
Entry Deadline:
Tuesday February 7 @ 11:59 PM. Schools may enter up to three (3) athletes per event without meeting the region standard. If a school enters more than three (3) athletes in an event, all of those athletes must meet the region standard.
Participation:
One (1) relay team per school. All athletes may compete in three running events. An athlete who competes in the 3200m run may only compete in one (1) other running event on the same day.

Awards:
Pick up individual medals during the meet (as results are posted online). Top 3 in all events (including relays) will receive medals. The top 2 teams at the conclusion of the meet will receive trophies.
Facility Notes:
1/4-inch pyramid spikes only.
Warm-ups can be done outside or on the warm up track
Gaffer's tape is the only tape allowed on the track surface. No
