High Jump- Starting height for girls 4-4 and boys 5-4
3 jumps top 8 to finals. 1st jump legal jump is marked, after that, minimum mark for girls 15-5 and boys 18-5.
Shot put will either start at 9 a.m. or 1 p.m.
1 and 2 mile- alley start
200m lanes the enter race
400m 2 turn stagger
800m alley start
60m hurdles trials boys will go first. In the 60m hurdle finals, girls will go first.
No substitution day of the meet, only scratches. No exception!!!!
Blocks are mandatory for all sprint races.
