Entries:
Each school is allowed to enter 4 entries for field events, 4 entries for running events and 1 relay.
Registration will close on May 15, 2023 at Midnight: Please send additional entries to Leroy.harperjr@cpschools.com. Entry fees will be adjusted to reflect additional entries.
Check-in:
All athletes MUST check-in before final calls for their events in the field or on the track. Athletes not checked in or properly check-out of an event will be stratched from the event.
Payment:
Entry fee will be $150.00 per team gender (girls and boys separate) $300.00 combined, 4 athletes will constitute as a team. Additional athletes $15.00 per event and $35.00 per relay
Checks can be mailed to 2007 Grizzly Trail Chesapeake Virginia 23323. ATTN: Leroy Harper Jr. Please make checks/money orders payable to Grassfield High School. Checks will be accepted on the day of the meet.
Admission:
$5.00 per person. Children 6 years and under are admitted free. ***(Tickets will be sold through GoFan.co only. Tickets will be available to purchase in advance or the day of the meet, both through Gofan. )
Concession:
Concession will be available throughout the meet.
Additional Notes:
Meet Facilities: 8-lane rubberized track, dual jumping pits, shot and discus areas, and high jump area.

Timing: Atlantic Coast Timing Systems
Blocks will be provided
Only athletes competing in an event and their coaches are allowed in the infield. Spikes: Maximum spike length will be 1/4 inch pyramids.
Coaches Hospitality available for all coaches during the meet. ONLY Coaches are permitted.
Please help us keep the facility clean by cleaning up your team's area when you leave.

Track Open for Warm-ups ( Hurdles & Block starts on the back stretch only, Home stretch will not be open for use)
2:00 p.m. Field Events Begin (3 attempts- top 8 advance to finals)
