Meet Information
Due to bus issues in the county, we will start the meet at 2 pm since teams were going to have to be dropped off early for buses to run their routes. The new schedule is below and then will be modified after entries.
Entry protocol at www.milestat.com Deadline is Monday, May 1, 2023, at 10:00 pm.
ENTRY FEE FOR THIS MEET IS $250.00 PER SCHOOL ($200 if you run an event - please email demarcjb@pwcs.edu)

All seniors can be entered PLUS three (3) non-senior athletes per event per team and one relay. Please use FAT or converted times. Max of 6 athletes in an event. Example - If you have three seniors in the 800 you can have three more additional runners. If you have five seniors in the 100, you have one spot left. If you have no seniors in the 3200-meter run, you have a max of three entries. Gainesville H.S. - will be allowed four entries in each event due to their school not having much of a senior class yet (second year open).
ALL EVENTS ARE FINALS. NO TRIALS. Please enter accurate seed times.
FOUR ATTEMPTS in Jumps and Throws.
Uniform singlets must designate your school's name.
County Championship Shirts will be awarded to 1st place winners and relays.
Admission is $7.00.The concession stand will be open.
The Team Trophy to the winning boys and girls team. The team trophy will rotate per year.
A plate will be placed on the trophy signifying the winning team
F.A.T. and Hy-Tek systems will be used.
Scoring will be through eight places.
If (5) teams are entered this will be a Regional and State Qualifying meet for all classifications.

1:30 PM Coaches Meeting at the Finish Line
2:00 pm - Girls High Jump starts, girls shot put, girls long jump, boys triple jump, girls pole vault
2:25 pm - boys discus will start
2:00-3:15 Girls long jump (pit 1) and boys triple jump (pit 2) - open pit
3:30-4:30 Boys long jump (pit 1) - open pit
4:45-5:15 Girls triple jump (pit 1) - open pit

1:30 PM: Coaches Meeting by the finish line.
2:00 PM: Girls 4 x 800m Relay and boys run together
2:20 PM: All running events are FINALS; sections on time.
