RULES: In accordance with NFHS and VHSL .
SANCTION: VHSL
AWARDS: Top three finishers in all events and winning relay will receive medals.
ENTRY INFO: You can enter an UNLIMITED number of athletes per event and UNLIMITED number of relays.
Entry fee will be $150 per team gender (girls and boys separate), 10 athletes will constitute as a team. Also, $15 for any Individuals and $30 per Relay without a full team.
PAYMENT: PLEASE BRING CHECK WITH YOU AND MAKE IT PAYABLE TO ATLANTIC COAST CLUB. Here is the link to the W-9: LINK
Admission is $10.00 per person. Children 5 years and under admitted free.
