ENTRIES SHOULD BE TOP 6 INDIVIDUALS PER EVENT FROM DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP MEET. Individuals may also be entered IF they have met the region standards. Any regionally qualified entries MUST be from 2023 season and FAT timed OR, if manually timed, MUST be adjusted. ALL HANDHELD TIMES must be rounded up to the slower one-tenth of a second and .24 MUST BE ADDED. ALL HANDHELD TIMES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ADJUSTED WILL BE REJECTED.

Submitting Entries: All entries will be done through milestat.com. Also, please fill out the outdoor track entry form located under the forms/info tab on the VHSL website (https://www.vhsl.org/outdoor-track) for entry confirmation for any individual that was regionally qualified at a higher seed time/ distance at any meet other than the district championship meet. ADMISSION: There will be a $8 admission fee to all spectators.
Rubber Track for running and jumping events- spikes may be worn.
Field Events Will start at 3:00.
