Entries: Each school will be allowed 4 entries in all individual and field events. Each school will be allowed to enter 2 relay teams per relay; athletes can compete in a maximum of 3 running events, including relays and unlimited field events.
I put Pole Vault in just in case someone wants to run it separately at their facility. We WILL NOT pole vault at Forest Park.

Schedule -
The doors of Forest Park Track Complex will open at 3:00 pm
Running Events will move to rolling schedule after the start of the 4x800m. All running events will be contested Girls followed by Boys. We will start earlier if all teams are ready.
