Entry deadline for VHSL Group AAA State Championships entries is Sunday, May 24th at 4:59 PM. Contact regional representative for password to do online entries.

Note: Coaches are still required to submit their state verification & entry forms forms to their regional representatives by the conclusion of their regional championship meet. Paper entry forms will only be used as backup to online entry submission by coaches.
Coaches will be allowed to override the automatically generated season best performance in the MileStat.com database only in situations that athletes or relays have not achieved an automatic state qualifier in a 10 team (or more) meet, district championship, or regional championship. In this scenario, override the automatic generated seed and manually input the best performance from either the district or regional championships. Coaches must indicate in the notes section of the entry which meet their new manually entered performance came from, which should only be from a district or regional meet.
Otherwise, coaches should not be overriding their seed time/mark, which will automatically generate their season best performance from an invitational (10 teams or more) and/or championship (district/regional) meet when selecting athletes and relays for their entries. Please include and select all potential relay legs in the entry system.
How do I register for a meet?
1. Login or Register - You must have a user name and password for Milesplit. To get that, if you don't have one, click register in the top right gray MileSplt bar directly under the Universal Sports logo and search box.
2. Claim Your Team - If you haven't already set this up, you must be registered as a coach or team administrator to register for a meet In order to get set up, you go to your team page, and at the top right, click
