Entries: Each school will be allowed 5 entries in all individual and field events. Each school will be allowed to enter 2 relay teams per relay; athletes can compete in a maximum of 3 running events, including relays and unlimited field events.

The doors of Gar-Field Track Complex will open at 2:30 pm
3:15 pm - Coaches Meeting
3:30 pm - Girls Triple Jump (Pit 1)
Boys Triple Jump (Pit 2)
Discus (Girls then Boys)
High Jump (Boys then Girls)
Running Events will move to rolling schedule after the start of the 4x800m. All running events will be contested Girls followed by Boys
4:00 pm - 4x800m Relay
100 Hurdles/110 Hurdles
