Champions Together events: 100 meter dash and 4x100 relay

Running Events begin at 3:00 p.m.

Eligibility:Three per event for individual events.

More than three can be entered if they all meet the Jefferson District Standard (see below).

One relay team per school.

Admission:$7 at the gate.  Cash and online tickets will be honored.  Here is the link for online tickets.  

Field Event Assignments: Each team will be expected to run a field event. If you have a preference, email Brian Nagel at bnagel@k12albemarle.org.

Bus Parking: Buses should park in the bus lot behind the school.

1:30 Implement weigh-in and Pole Vault weigh-in at the finish line

1:45  Coaches meeting at finish line

2:00 Field Events: Shot Put (Boys followed by Girls), 4 attempts, no finals

Pole Vault (Girls with Boys combined)

High Jump (Girls followed by Boys)

Discus (Girls followed by Boys), 4 attempts, no finals

Long Jump (Girls and Boys), 4 attempts, no finals

Triple Jump (Girls and Boys) to follow Long Jump, 4 attempts, no finals

3:00 Running Events Start

We will use a rolling schedule for running events. First call 20 minutes before start, second call 10 minutes before, and final call 5 minutes before start.
