Meet Start Time: 5:00 PM Field Events begin, 5:00 PM Running Events (All running events will be finals!)
Facility: 6 lane track, runways, and high jump area.
Entries: 5 athletes per school in field events; 6 athletes per school in 75H, 100, 200, 400; unlimited in 800, 1600, 3200.
2 relay teams per school, there are 2 relays: 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 for men and women.
Entry Forms: Entries must be done Milestat. Information will be sent out shortly regarding instructions for entries and entry deadline. If you have any issues please contact Brad Symons, registration will close on Wednesday, April 26th at 8:00 pm.

**ONLY SCRATCHES. (See VHSL Guidelines for Participation Rules) athletes are permitted unlimited field entries and 3 running events, with the exception of athletes running the 3200m, who are restricted to two running events
Miscellaneous:
Participants must report to the bullpen (in the middle of the field) by second call. Absence for the 3rd call will result in a scratch for that event. Only athletes in the bullpen are permitted on the infield. All other coaches, athletes, and spectators must remain in the stands.
Concessions: The concessions stand will be open.
CELL PHONES: Many of you have cell phones or pagers. The ringing of all cell phones/pagers can be very distracting for our competing athletes, particularly if it rings at the start of a race, approach or spin in the circle. It is a violation of NFHS rules for an athlete to be speaking on a phone in the competition area. An athlete may be disqualified for this violation. Meet management requests that you change the ring to silent or vibrate so that potential problems or distractions will not inhibit the performance of our meet participants.
Order of Events:
4:50 PM 1st call for field events (boys shot, girls discus, boys and girls long jump, boys and girls triple jump
girls high jump)
4:55 PM 1st call 3200 meter run.
Three attempts for Shot/Discus/Long & Triple Jump. NO Finals !
5:00 PM 2nd call field events and 3200 meter run.
