Coaches, please look over the list.  We will qualify the top 8 for the meet on Friday May 5, 2023.  If you have athletes listed that will not be attending please notify Michael Elkins so that we can move alternates into place.

Final performance list will be posted Friday, May 5, 2023 and Live Results/Start Lists will be posted 

Format:

This is an opportunity for middle school track and field athletes in the Southwest Virginia area to gain some recognition for their hard work and spectacular performances during the Spring Outdoor Track and Field season.

We will invite 8 middle school athletes for each event.  Athletes will be chosen from Middle Schools in the Southwest Virginia area middle schools, based on performances during the 2023 Outdoor Track Season.  We will be posting a performance list soon that will be updated throughout this week and next week leading up to the meet.  

This is an individual participation meet only and team scores will not be calculated.

Confirmation/Scratches:

Once the checklist has been posted on April 30, 2023, a confirmation process will be listed here. 

Medals will be presented to the top 3 athletes in each event and will be presented on podiums as soon as the results of the event are confirmed.  

We hope to make this an athlete friendly environment and are looking forward to this type of event for middle school athletes.  Keep checking here for the performance list and final invitation information.
