ENTRIES: Each school may enter three athletes per event, per gender. Also, each school may enter one relay team per event, per gender. Entries are DUE Monday May 1st at 11:59 PM. For any additional entries; please send a copy of the qualifying report to Steve Burton sburton@wcps.k12.va.us
Note: In order to Register more than 3 athletes per event; ALL athletes must have met Qualifying Standards. Also, the coach must complete a Qualifying Report on ALL Athletes in that Event. Please email additional athletes to sburton@wcps.k12.va.us
ADMISSION:$5.00 VHSCA, VIAAA & VHSL PRINCIPALS AND HONORED GUEST PASSES will be accepted. DISTRICT and REGION 3B passes WILL be accepted.
SCRATCHES: Scratch deadline in running events will be the day of the event during the coaches meeting. Any scratches after this time will be considered one of a runners three running events. No confirmation of entries is required.
UNIFORMS: The National Federation rules governing uniforms and jewelry will be enforced. All athletes entering the stadium need to be in uniform or they will pay the entrance fee.
IMPLEMENT CERTIFICATION: All throwing implements will be weighed and verified.
SCORING:10 - 8 - 6 - 4- 2 - 1
FACILITIES: Skyline High School has an 8 lane, standard track and runways. Restrooms are available in the stadium. No Locker Rooms available.
TRAINER: We will have an athletic trainer on site for the duration of the meet.
BUS PARKING: Buses may unload teams at the stadium.
AWARDS:Coaches need to pick up individual awards at the conclusion of the meet. Medals for top three. Team Champion Trophy will be presented at the conclusion of the meet.
T-Shirts are available to pre-order NOW and can be purchased HERE. Please share with your athletes and parents.
TENTS: Please set up tents on the home or visitor side bleacher starting on the ends or there is grass area that can be utilized near the field house.
Pole Vault will be contested at Brentsville prior to Wednesday.
RULES COMMITTEE: Head Coach from each school.
