*If you have pole vault, it must be completed prior to the start of Wednesday's meet and be certified by an official. Teams may conduct pole vault at an offsite location with results turned in prior to the beginning of the meet.

3:15 p.m.- Running Events Begin (Rolling Schedule)
Entries: Each school may enter up to three participants in each event and one relay team per event. Teams may enter more than three if all participants in that event have hit the Northern Neck District standard. All marks/times will be verified and only marks from the 2023 outdoor season will be used.
Entry Deadline: All entries will be done on Milestat.com and are due by Sunday, May 14, 2023, 11:59 p.m.

Note: Please double check your entries before you submit them into the system. It is your responsibility as the coach to make sure every one of your athletes has the opportunity to compete. If you need additional help on how to use Milestat.com registration, please contact Andre' Jones.
Scoring and Timing: Scoring and timing will be handled by Charles City County High School. Fully Automated Timing (F.A.T.) will be operated. Please make sure that your entries are submitted by the deadline date to ensure accuracy. Changes will not be made after the deadline of May 14.
Coaches Meeting: No additions will be allowed at this meeting. Only deletions and name corrections will be allowed.
Disqualification: Competitors shall be disqualified from his/her event if a coach or team member is in a restricted area designated for competition. All non-competing athletes are not to be in the field during the events. Coaches and athletes are not to occupy the infield. Coaches and athletes are not to occupy the infield during running events unless they are competing in a field event or warming up for a running event that immediately follows the current one on the track.
Advancement to 1A Region A Meet: The top four athletes per event and top four relays per event among 1A Region A teams will advance to the Group 1A Region A championship. Athletes who also accomplish the regional mark/time at the meet also qualify for regional competition.
*NOTE: If the Northern Neck District meet is canceled and cannot be made up, the top four performances according to Milestat.com per event will be the district's representatives in the 1A Region A Championship meet. No team will be allowed to have more than three athletes per event.
