Tuscarora High School is hosting a 5 team meet with Briar Woods, Independence, Woodgrove and Loudoun Valley on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023, beginning at 3 p.m.
Entries due at noon on Tuesday, May 9th.

Open pit - 4 jumps, 1 hour open pits
Boys/Girls Long Jump followed by Boys/Girls Triple Jump
Girls High Jump followed by Boys High Jump
Boys Shot followed by Girls Shot
Running Events (Girls followed by Boys):
4x800m Relay (Combined, one curve staggered start in lanes)
Girls 100m HH/Boys 110 HH
Girls/Boys 100m Dash
Girls/Boys 1600m Run
Girls/Boys 4x100m Relay
Girls/Boys 400m Dash
Girls/Boys 300m Hurdles
Girls/Boys 800m Run
Girls/Boys 200m Dash
