BRAND NEW TRACK SURFACE!! 13th Annual Food City Invitational at Abingdon High School. 150.00 per school or 10.00 per event (10 athletes=school)
*We will allow 3 entries in all events, and 1 relay. You can enter extra athletes for 10.00 per event/20.00 per relay. Email me those entries.

**Coaches Meeting 3:30 (Pizza/Drinks provided for coaches @5:30pm)
**Girls & Boys Team Champion & Runner-Up Plaques; Top 3 Individuals/winning relays receive medals
**Meet being streamed on NFHS and covered by Abingdon Falcon Radio
4:00pm: Field Events (4 attempts w/minimums)

Girls/Boys 3200m Run (combined if less than 16 athletes) **Start at 4:15**

Girls/Boys 4x800m Relay (combined if less than 8 teams)
**Abingdon Track & Field Senior Night will be at 7pm. This will be about a 10 minute break during the meet**
