THE TRACK FACILITY WILL OPEN AT 3:15 PM ON Wednesday, 3/20. Athletes and coaches can be dropped off at the gate located at the top of the home bleachers for entry.  After drop off, buses will need to continue to the top of the hill to the baseball parking lot to turn around.  Bus Parking will be available in the Vocational/School Board Parking lot at the bottom of the hill.  This is located across the street from the stadium.

SANCTION

This meet is sanctioned for Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee High School teams.  All athletes must be a current member of their high school team and must be accompanied by a coach from that team. All schools must be a member of a State Association that is a member of the NFHS or an approved association

       Entries close on Tuesday, March 19th at 9:00 PM.

ENTRY FEES

The entry fee is $50.00 total PER SCHOOL (both boys and girls teams).  Entry fees are to help with the payment for the F.A.T. timing of the meet.  Entry fees can be paid by mailing a check to Lee High School Track & Field 200 Generals Ln. Jonesville, VA 24263.  Teams can also bring a check the day of the meet.

WEIGH-INS

Weigh-ins will take place in the shot put area outside the stadium beginning at 3:15 pm.  Only APPROVED IMPLEMENTS are to be in the throws areas.

COACHES MEETING will be at 4:00 pm in the scoreboard end zone.

If anyone would like to volunteer to assist in running a field event, please email/text/call to let know by Monday, 3/18.  Any remaining field events will be assigned evenly throughout the teams attending.  Those assignments will be emailed/communicated late Tuesday night (3/19) or early Wednesday morning (3/20).

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

FIELD EVENTS will begin at 4:15 pm.

 Girls Discus, Boys Shot, Girls High Jump, Girls Long Jump, Boys Long Jump

                -followed by-

 Boys Discus, Girls Shot, Boys High Jump, Girls Triple Jump, Boys Triple Jump

                    *Field Events will be 3 attempts/no finals with the exception of High Jump.

      -High Jump Starting Heights-----Girls (4-0) 2 inch increments until 4-8, then 1 inch increments
                                                              Boys (5-0) 2 inch increments until 5-8, then 1 inch increments
      -Long Jump/Triple Jump will be open pit. (Boys Long-4:15-5:15 / Boys Triple-5:20-6:00)
                                                                               (Girls Long-4:15-5:05 / Girls Triple-5:10-5:45)

                -At Check-In for Long/Triple, Competitors will receive a bib/hip number to wear on jersey.

 5:00 pm- Girls/Boys 4x800 

 -The 100 Hurdles will begin once Girls Triple Jump has concluded.

 -The 110 Hurdles will begin once Boys Triple Jump has concluded and we will be on a rolling schedule.

Admission will be $6.00 for spectators 6 and older.
