Meet Information

We heard you and we have made a few changes this year. See details below.

The meet is contested on a technically challenging course that offers a blend of flat fields and rolling hills over grass, dirt and gravel surfaces. A true Trail Course. The course is marked with white arrows painted on the ground and blue and gold arrow signs posted on trees. Each mile is marked with a blue and gold mile marker. The frequency, size and location of the hills make this a challenging course that athletes hate and coaches LOVE!!!!
