FINAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. SCHEDULE has been Updated. Please look online for the changes.

a. Running

i. Seeded Girls 3200m @ 8:00 a.m. (1) RACE -FINALS

ii. Unseeded Boys 3200m Run after Seeded Girls 3200m Run (2) Races

iii. Seeded Boys 3200m after 1000m run

b. Field Events 3 jumps - NO FINALS @ 8:30

2. SEATING ALL Teams will sit in the Orange gym until 11:30. EVERYONE MUST LEAVE OUT by

11:30.
a. Athletes in Field Events will go to the Track Side when called.

b. Teams must sit on the side away from the home side once the FIELD EVENTS

are done.

c. PAID SPECTATORS will sit on the home side. NO ATHLETES allowed.

3. FOOD ITEMS NO outside food items allowed. Ex. Hardees, McDonalds.

4. TEAM ENTRANCE Teams enter through the end doors away from the Main Entrance.

5. TRACK COACHES PASSES Each team will get (4) wristbands for your Coachs passes. We will

accept State Association passes.

6. ENTRIES All entries have been received! NO ADDITIONS!

7. PARKING buses can drop off your athletes at the athletes entrance and park in the back-

parking lot in front of the Boo Williams.

8. HOSPITALITY ROOM located in the small conference room for coaches, officials, and

volunteers until the food is gone. The room will be open from 8:00 12:00. You must have

wristbands. NO ATHLETES!!

9. T-SHIRTS we will be selling souvenir T-shirts in the lobby.

COACHES, please read the information. If you have questions or concerns reach out to Coach Perrin

ASAP.

7:00 am - Doors Open (Track will be open for warm-ups)

7:30 am - Coaches Meeting

8:00 am - Running/Field Event Start (See schedule below)

11:30 am - Opening Ceremony 

Rolling Schedule after the start of the meet

Girls followed by Boys; Varsity followed by Sub-Varsity in both Running and Field Events.

Field Events - 8:30 am

Running Events - will begin at 11:30 am or after the completion of field events
