Varsity Girls Start 4:15 pm
Varsity Boys Start 4:30 pm
JV Boys and Girls CO Ed Race: 4:45 pm
Run whoever you want in each race. No 8th graders in the Varsity race.
Set up any tents in the shade by the trees on the field hockey field.
Pick up bib numbers at the entrance of the track. Will be on a table for teams by 3:00 pm.
95% on fine crush gravel and track, small portions on wood bridges, and 1 portion (less than 100m on cement)
Spikes are fine!
