2024 VHSL REGION 3C INDOOR TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIP

Time: Saturday, February 10th. Meet will start at 10:00am. with Field Events
Spectator Admission: $8 as specified in the Region Handbook
Region Qualifiers: Region 3 C All performers or Relay teams that have a State or Regional qualifying time from a 2023-2024 VHSL qualified event or finished in the top 6 of the district meets in the Jefferson, Shenandoah, Seminole, and Valley District Championship/Region Qualifying meet. Each District will also send their top 3 Relay teams from the District Championship/Regional Qualifying meet.
State Qualifiers: State 3A top 3 performers and top 3 relay teams in each regional event
Awards: Medals will be given to the top 3 performers in each individual event, and top 3 relays in each relay event. Before the start of the 4x400, head coaches will submit their vote for the athlete of the year award.
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1
Format: Regional Tournament for Track and Field as defined by the Region 3A and VHSL Handbooks.
Athletic Trainer: A certified athletic trainer will be on site. If wishing to be wrapped, please supply your own supplies.
