This meet will be governed by Virginia High School League Rules
Entries: Each team will be allowed to enter 10 athletes (7 competitors and 3 alternates). Athletes not listed on the entry roster will NOT be eligible to compete. Only 7 athletes will be allowed to compete.

Bibs: All bibs must be worn on the front of your athlete's uniforms. Each bib will contain RFID chips and your athletes are encouraged NOT TO FOLD, CRUSH, OR WRINKLE the bib, as this could cause damage to the RFID chips(s).
Course Information: The course will close at 10:30 am on competition day; NO ADDITIONAL COURSE WALK THROUGH WILL BE ALLOWED AT THIS TIME.
The course is a combination of grass, gravel, and hard-packed cinder & clay. The course will be very clearly marked. It has several modest hills to negotiate and three wooden bridges, two short and one of which is fairly long (approx 100m). This 5000m course is spike-friendly and has a VERY WIDE OPEN START AND FINISH WITH EXCELLENT SPECTATOR VIEWS.
